10 years after their last official release "Drown" Kasan are back with an album that confirms the band as outstanding german post-rock, post-metal, instrumental stoner outfit. It contains 3 previously unreleased songs created between 2013 and 2014 that show the band at their best in creating complex arrangements and massive walls of sound. The release also contains alternative versions of the track N N, previously released as part of a 10" split through S&M records, as well as the Song Volvo Slug which has been part of the first sampler of belgian post-rock label Dunk!

Groovy, energetic post rock that is truly one of a kind. GCS does not rely on usual post recipes and instead impose their take on the genre. Refreshing to say the least. I don't know what it is with power trios but they almost always work!!! E_Beaudin
